My American sister, Rhonda, (I spent seven months in the States with a host family when I was 16) has the cutest little boy, Jacob, who has a male doll.

Yes, there are male dolls. Not many apart from Ken – and he is only kind of male. Barbie and Ken got divorced in 2004. It was announced by their spokesperson. Some say it was a publicity stunt, but according to Mattel, the spark had gone. Divorced Barbie now comes with Ken’s house, Ken’s car… bad joke – got it from the internet.

Anyway, cute little Jacob named his doll Tuffel, and he makes him play football. Now that is cool.

I am touched by the way that people who know us now care and share…

Rich Litvin (one of my favourite coaches) and his wife Monique DeBose have Kaleo, who is 4 months older than Tuffel, and they recently took part in a walk for sick children in LA. They walked for Baby Tuffel.
